What you might expect?

We begin by defining desired improvements and the context in which these are to be made. We then explore suitable options and agree on a training regime to be followed. This is very different for each individual as it is designed to achieve very specific results, namely to fix poor movement mechanics that rob athletes of power, agility and strength.

Each session run for 60minutes
