Face to Face Package
Investment: 10 Sessions
Initial Assessment- where we simply discuss your needs and wants, your lifestyle and your habits and patterns, and any other issues that may impact your capability and motivation.
Fitness Testing- where I assess your level and your capacity.
Goal Setting- where we sit down and set some short and long term goals, based on the above.
Program Design- where I design a program that will best allow you to achieve your goals.
Implementation- where I work with you to facilitate your progress… making adjustments where necessary and encouraging your application.
Review and Evaluation- we have a short debrief after each session to reflect on progress and agree on any changes. A more substantial evaluation takes place at the 5 and 10 week marks.
Each one on one session runs for 60 minutes and location can be flexible.
