Investment: 10 Sessions
Initial Assessment- where we simply discuss your needs and wants, your lifestyle and your habits and patterns, and any other issues that may impact your capability and motivation. each session is done via smart phone and video review.
Fitness Testing- where I assess your level and your capacity.
Goal Setting- where we sit down and set some short and long term goals, based on the above.
Program Design- where I design a program that will best allow you to achieve your goals.
Implementation- where I work with you to facilitate your progress making adjustments where necessary and encouraging your application.
Review and Evaluation- we have a short debrief after each session to reflect on progress and agree on any changes. A more substantial evaluation takes place at the 5 and 10 week marks.
